Logitech Names Matt Pera as Vice President, Total Rewards
Logitech, a world leader in products that connect people in a natural, intuitive way to the digital experiences they care about, recently appointed Matt Pera as Vice President of Total Rewards. Pera has a proven history serving in total rewards leadership roles for companies including DocuSign, Autodesk, Electronic Arts. Prior to Logitech, Pera served as the Vice President of Compensation & Benefits at DocuSign. As Vice President of Compensation and Benefits at Autodesk, Pera was responsible for compensation, benefits, HR Mergers & Acquisitions, and HR Information Systems operations. Prior to that, Pera acted as Vice President of Compensation, Benefits & Mobility at Electronic Arts.
Pera holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from California Polytechnic State University – San Luis Obispo and MBA from University of California, Davis – Graduate School of Management.
